- 1 cauliflower head cut into bite-size florets
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1½ cups milk
- 1½ cups bread crumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, spices, and salt and pepper.
- Add almond milk and stir until the batter is creamy and thick, but still easy to dip cauliflower into.
- Place the bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
- Dip florets into batter mixture, allowing any excess off, then toss in the breadcrumbs.
- Working in batches, spray the cooking trays with cooking spray, place coated cauliflower on top, and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook at 400° for 15 minutes, stopping halfway through to toss or flip and spray with more cooking spray.
- Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
