- 1½ cups water
- 2 pounds potatoes peeled and sliced into 1” pieces
- 8 ounces broccoli florets only
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded, optional
Add the water and potatoes in an even layer to the cooker. On top, sprinkle the broccoli florets.
Close the lid and set the valve to the pressure position. Pressure cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
When time is up, release the pressure and open the lid. Sprinkle in the salt and the raw garlic. Mash and serve with a sprinkling of cheddar cheese if desired.
